PeriPeri Cottage offers in-house local delivery from our Uxbridge restaurant and Click & Collect (takeaway) from the store.
Restaurant address: 237–238 High St, Uxbridge, UB8 1LE, United Kingdom.
1) Delivery Areas & Fees
- Service area: List covered postcodes or radius (e.g., UB8, UB9, UB10; within 5 km)
- Delivery fee: £X.XX flat (fee may vary by distance or order size)
- Minimum order: £XX.XX for delivery
- We may decline orders outside the listed area or during peak periods.
2) Delivery Hours & Cut-Offs
- Delivery hours: HH:MM–HH:MM, Mon–Sun
- Last orders: HH:MM (or earlier during high demand)
- Scheduled deliveries: choose an available time slot at checkout where offered.
3) How Delivery Works
- Orders are prepared fresh and delivered by our in-house riders.
- Please provide an accurate address, building access info, and an active phone number.
- If we cannot reach you on arrival, the rider will attempt contact for 10 minutes before following the redelivery policy below.
4) ETAs & Delays
- Estimated times are shown at checkout; actual times may vary due to traffic, weather, or peak demand.
- We’ll aim to notify you if your order is significantly delayed.
5) Redelivery & Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, no answer, or access issues, we may:
- Offer collection from the restaurant, or
- Attempt redelivery subject to a £X.XX redelivery fee (where possible).
- For food safety, we cannot keep prepared food unrefrigerated for extended periods; refunds are not issued where failure is outside our control.
6) Click & Collect (Takeaway)
- Pick-up from: 237–238 High St, Uxbridge, UB8 1LE.
- We’ll confirm a collection window; please arrive within the slot to keep food at its best.
- Orders not collected within XX minutes may be discarded for safety; refunds are not available in this case.
7) Packaging & Food Safety
- We use sealed packaging suitable for transport.
- Allergens: our kitchen may handle common allergens. Please check item descriptions and contact us before ordering if you have allergies.
- Consume promptly upon delivery; we are not responsible for quality changes caused by delays after receipt.
8) Changes & Availability
- Menu items, prices, areas, and fees may change without notice.
- During events or peak hours we may limit delivery slots or temporarily pause service.
