2. Services Provided
- Place online orders for delivery or takeaway
- Book a table for dine-in
All deliveries are handled in-house by our team.
3. Orders & Payments
- Pay online via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or cash/card on delivery/collection.
- Prepaid orders are confirmed upon successful payment; pay-on-delivery orders are confirmed upon our acceptance.
- You must provide accurate contact and delivery details to avoid delays.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Order cancellations are accepted only before food preparation begins.
- Refunds are issued for:
- Failed payments
- Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders
- Valid cancellations made before preparation
- No refunds for customer errors (e.g., incorrect address, late cancellation) once preparation has started.
5. Table Bookings
- A deposit may be required for reservations.
- Deposits are non-refundable, including if the booking is cancelled.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate name, address, and contact details.
- Be available to receive deliveries at the agreed time.
- Inform us of any allergies before placing your order.
7. Limitations of Liability
- We take great care in preparing our food, but kitchens may handle common allergens. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and informing us of allergies prior to ordering.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeriPeri Cottage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
