At PeriPeri Cottage, we aim to ensure every order meets your expectations. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how refunds, replacements, or credits apply for food orders and table bookings.
Please note: As food is perishable, cancellations and refunds are limited under UK consumer law once preparation has begun.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only before food preparation starts.
- Once preparation has begun, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted in the following cases:
- Failed or duplicate transactions (e.g., Stripe errors)
- Incorrect or missing items in your order
- Damaged food delivered
- Valid cancellations made before preparation
Where appropriate, we may also offer a replacement order or store credit.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Food orders that have already been prepared, collected, or delivered correctly
- Customer mistakes (e.g., wrong address, late cancellation)
- Change of mind after preparation
4. Table Booking Deposits
Deposits for dine-in reservations are non-refundable. At our discretion, we may allow rescheduling, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Actual credit to your account may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
